Cleaning and standardizing your customer or prospect data is a critical step in building a database. Celsius is a specialist in database cleaning and database hygiene. Our services can include removing invalid values, standardizing postcodes addresses, cleaning and validating telephone numbers. We can de-duplicate your data on business or contact level, and group duplicates and use them to build a master record that will contain the most accurate information.
We clean, validate and standardize postcodes, cities and address lines. We also clean and validate telephone numbers and fax numbers, correct invalid characters and remove meaningless text. Our tables allow us to process postal addresses in most countries, from the most sophisticated (UK, Netherlands and Portugal, where zip codes are at street level) to the relatively simple (Belgium, where around 3,000 zip codes cover the whole country).
