Q: What are the opening times of Technology For Marketing & Advertising 2010?
A: Tuesday 23rd February 2010  09:30 - 17:30
    Wednesday 24th February 2010  09:30 - 17:30

Q. How can I register as a visitor for the Exhibition? 
A: Simply complete the online registration form. It takes two minutes and registration is free.

Q: How do I register for just one day?
A: There is no need to select which day you are attending. Your badge will allow you free entry to the exhibition for the entire duration of the event.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: If you register in advance you will receive a free badge and there is no cost to attend the exhibition. Your badge will allow you entrance as many times as you like over the two days of the show. If you do not register in advance there will be a £20 fee for admittance on the door.

Q: How can I book a seminar session?
A: The seminar sessions are FREE to attend and there is no need to book in advance.  Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. You will need to register in advance for the exhibition to gain free entrance.

Q: Is Technology For Marketing & Advertising a trade show?
A: Yes, TFM&A is a trade show for people looking to source information on and/or purchase products and services to assist their business. No students admitted except by prior arrangement.

Q: Is there an age limit?

A: No under 16's will be admitted.

Q: When will I receive my badge?

A: You will receive your badge and visitor pack approximately 2 weeks before the show. It will contain all you need to gain entrance to TFM&A and plan your visit.

Q: What happens if I don't receive my badge before the show?

A: In the rare circumstances that you don't receive your name badge and welcome pack from us, don't worry! You will receive an email the week before which will contain your unique reference number. Simply print off this email and bring it with you to the show where we will simply print you another badge. If you forget to print the email, just give your name at the registration desk and we will manually search for your details to print another badge.

Q: Can I register for more than one person at a time?

A: Unfortunately, due to ABC auditing requirements it is not possible to register more than one person at a time.

Q: How can I plan my visit at Technology For Marketing & Advertising?

A: There are several ways you can plan your visit. You can do so before the event using our  'Plan Your Day' function. You can make appointments with exhibitors to minimise the amount of wandering you might otherwise do at the show! A few weeks before the show, you will receive a show planner and a show preview that will give you details of the new attractions at the show as well as give you an exhibitor list and dedicated Floorplan, enabling you to pinpoint who you want to see and where they are. At the show, there will be product locators which you can use to locate the exhibitors of your choice.

Q: Is there somewhere to leave luggage while I visit?
A: Yes, there is a cloakroom where you can leave you belongings for a small charge.

Q: How do I contact the Technology For Marketing & Advertising team?

A: If you go to the Contact Us section of this website you can view all the members of the TFM&A team, along with their telephone numbers and email addresses. You can choose which contact is most relevant to your query and contact them directly.

Q: I am a member of the press and want to attend the exhibition and conference, how do I register?

A: If you go to the press page and complete the short form a free press pass will be sent to you with an Event Preview.

Q: How do I obtain a visa letter?

A: Unfortunately we do not provide visa invitation letters for visitors to the shows. However, you can obtain all the information that you require through this link: http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/.

Q: How can I book a stand at Technology For Marketing 2010?
A: If you go to the Exhibitors section of the website you will be able to view information about why you should exhibit and the benefits to you, sector by sector. You will be able to view the Floorplan for each sector and also send an exhibiting enquiry form to us. Alternatively, go to the Contact Us section of the website and contact one of the Sales team or email Christian Aird.

Q: How can I access the Online Exhibitor Manual?
A: As an exhibitor you are entitled to access to the Online Exhibitor Manual. This Manual contains information on essential PR & Marketing opportunities, logistical requirements and information for your stand in the Technical Manual, and also the facility to publish your company details on the online Exhibitor List that will be live 3 months prior to the event. You will require the password you have been allocated to access the Manual which can be found in the Exhibitor Zone of this website. If you have not received your password please contact Emma Salter on 020 7921 8669 or via email.

Q: Who do I contact about building a stand?
A: Please contact Julia Danmeri on 020 7921 8398 or via email.

Q: How do I get my exhibitor badge?
A: Exhibitor badges must be ordered by completing and submitting a form in the Technical Manual that is part of the Online Exhibitor Manual as detailed above. If you have requested and not received your Exhibitor badges please call 0870 7511 402.

Q: What are the build up and break down times?
A: Build up will be 08:00 - 18:00 on 21st & 08:00 – 20:00 on 22nd February. Breakdown will be from 17:15 till 22:00 on 24th February and from 08:00 - 14:00 on 25th February.
