Fast Track Pass Terms & Conditions
1.1. A Fast Track Pass gives guaranteed access to priority queuing system to any education session at TFM&A, DMX and OA&A Expo subject to these terms and conditions.
1.2. A Fast Track Pass will give you access to all sessions which run on each day.
1.3. Fast Track Pass holders should aim to arrive no later than 10mins before the start of a session to guarantee a seat. If pass holders arrive less than 6mins before the start we will do our best to provide a seat, but can no longer guarantee a seat.
1.4. Holders of Fast Track Pass who are in the Fast Track Pass queuing area at least 5 minutes before the session starts will gain admission to the theatre but may be required to stand according to demand.
1.5 Time will be determined by the clock outside each theatre.
2.1. All purchases made via this website will appear on your statement as "UBM".
2.2. All transactions made via our website show clearly the total value of the pass purchased. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Please be aware that full payment will be taken from your card at the time of booking.
2.3. Confirmation email is normally sent within 48 hours of your booking. For bookings made on the day of the exhibition or after 4pm a day before you will usually receive a confirmation email within 2 hours of your booking, giving you enough time to collect your Fast Track Pass at the exhibition.
2.4. You will be responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your pass.
2.5. You do not have a right to a seat within any session although reasonable efforts will be made to provide you with one. In times of exceptional demand you might be required to stand.
2.6 Passes are non transferable and the organisers reserve the right to ask for photo identification during the event
3.1. If it becomes impractical to post passes due to the proximity of the exhibition date or in circumstances beyond our control we reserve the right to make the pass available for collection at visitor registration on the day of the exhibition.
3.2. It is your responsibility to inform us of any change to your contact phone number, address or email before and after receipt of passes.
4.1. The supplier reserves the right to refuse admission to the exhibition if they believe you can be a danger to other visitors or yourself or you are under 18 years of age. A refund will not be given in such situation.
4.2. Resale of passes purchased through this website is prohibited.
5. Refund Policy
5.1. Once the passes are purchased they cannot be refunded unless the event is cancelled.
5.2. Refunds cannot be made for passes uncollected or unused.
5.3. In case of cancellation of the event you should be entitled to a full refund of all the fees paid.
5.4. If individual sessions are cancelled or changed for reasons outside the organisers control, no refund shall be given.
6.1. UBM plc exercise all reasonable endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information on these pages however, the information on the site may be incorrect or out of date and may not constitute definitive or complete information relating to an event or any other subject matter. Prices are correct at the time of publishing and are subject to change without notice.
6.2. UBM plc hereby excludes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law any and all liability for any claims, loss, demands or damages of any kind whatsoever with respect to the service. The exclusions include, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damages, whether arising from loss of profits, revenue, data, use or otherwise and whether or not the possibility of such claims, loss, demands or damages has been notified to UBM plc. If you are a consumer your statutory rights, if any, are not affected by this notice.
